Dr. Eric Han is a dedicated reproductive endocrinologist who graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2016. Following his graduation, he completed his residency and fellowship at Yale School of Medicine, finishing his residency in 2020 and his fellowship in 2023. Specializing in all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Dr. Han has a particular interest in fertility preservation, advanced hysteroscopic surgeries, and improving the patient’s experience. His practice encompasses advanced techniques in IVF, IUI, and Egg Freezing, providing comprehensive solutions to patients seeking to build their families.
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Han offers a wide range of fertility treatments. These include ovulation induction, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), genetic testing, and reproductive surgeries aimed at correcting uterine anomalies. His expertise and commitment to his patients are further demonstrated by his contributions to medical literature. During his fellowship, he researched a novel treatment for endometriosis by targeting the IL-6 receptor in a mouse model, with a publication on this work pending. His notable publications include a practical guide on oocyte cryopreservation in the Journal of Clinical Medicine, research on AMH's predictive value for miscarriage in Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology, and insights into cesarean scar defects published in Fertility and Sterility.
Dr. Han approaches fertility treatment with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges it entails. Beyond his professional life, Dr. Han enjoys spending time with his 2-year-old son, exploring military history, and discovering local food scenes.
